Samsung gear 360

Did you try a different cable and plug it into the wall? I tried charging it through a powered USB hub and it wouldn't work. Plugged it into the wall and, no problem.
Did anyone get the Gear 360 through the promotion? I can't get mine to work. It connects I can take 1 picture and then it freezes or disconnects. Also I can't view the gallery or the pictures in it. Anyone else having these issues? I deleted the app, disconnected the 360, and reinstalled. Same issues.

if you are having an issue charging the device, it needs to first be plugged up with a POWER BRICK into a wall outlet.

if you are still having an issue with the 360 camera, did you update to the latest firmware for the camera?
ive had nothing but success with the 360 camera.
