Help Samsung Grand 2 setup errors

Hi

Few days ago, I did a soft "Factory Data Reset" on a SamS-Grand GT-19082, Android v4.1.2, followed by restore all contacts and added a few Apps. After a few days I experience 2 phenomena.

1 This morning, when it restart, it says the com.google.process.gapps process has stopped. This did not occur during the earlier restarts since the soft reset.
2 When i try to do a hard reset using the 3 keys (vol-power-home), the options are shown but none of it run (Home key pressed) when selected using the volume key.

Guys, is there any thing that can be done and why is this happening?

Choose the option with vol keys and implement with the power button

Before you do another reset, have you tried clearing the cache and data for playstore ? Also make sure auto update is off.

Please indulge me more, 1 what is the meaning of restore from cache? 2. Because of the hitch earlier, i clear data for com.google.android.voice, now there is nothing more to clear. Can i have this data back, is it important?

Data from google will generally resync on its own. (Like your apps magically reappearing after a reset)

restore from cache in which menu?

My question would be clearer if i show the 2 screen shots, with my tinkering the option "Clear Data" don't exist, it used to be there. Hope you can enlighten me, thanks.
