Hi!..I'm new on this forum, just wanted to get some answers to fix this error on my Samsung Grand,... "unfortunately proccesss.com. has stopped". it keeps on poppong everytime someone calls me from from abroad. Appreciate your advise...

You might wanna stop inside here Samsung Galaxy Grand - Android Forums. Sometimes this can be caused by an installed app.

Uninstall the most recent app(s) prior to when the problem start happening.
