I have my boyfriends samsung galaxy gt-i7500. He has installed a new theme on to it which must have done something to the software and now when it is turned on the samsung logo just keeps flashing up. tryed codes (voldown+call+power) still goes into same loop cannot reboot. also tried (call+ok+power) up can get to that reset screen an then 19 but still does the same loop after turn on. I have tried connecting to pc to try and remove everything off the phone to try that way but pc is blocking it because it has a problem. please help. Thanks in advance.:)

I take it by new theme you mean a mod such as samdroid, spicagen or cynogen ...

Try this.

With your phone off, turn it on with the volume down + call + power buttons. When in recovery use the pad around the 'ok' button to scroll down to 'wipe' or 'wipe data/factory reset' press ok button. Then 'wipe cache' and press ok. Alternatively if you see an option to 'wipe dalvik cache' wipe that one as well (it may be under advanced) Then you should see on a menu the option to reboot phone. Do that. If not, just take the battery off and replace and turn on.

Ok, try, with the phone off, vol down + camera + power on. That 'should' get the phone into download mode. In order to make any use of it, you will need to downoad Odin - see here http://androidforums.com/samsung-galaxy-spica/124299-root-me-baby-one-more-time.html

You will also need to follow that tutorial very carefully up untill the 'rooting' part. this will at least put your phone back to a factory basic. If you have questions or issues, read the guide and its replies to see if you can find answers first.
