I just got these today. Ordered them on Monday and was a bit skeptical for the price. But they sound great and all the controls actually work with my Victory.

I use Music Volume EQ and tweaked the headphones and got some nice low end and decent highs. Very good for $10. I included some pics of the mic (which is on the back of the controls) and the controls. They stay in my ears too.

BTW, I am not involved with selling these, just sharing what I feel is a good deal. Some (well really many) things on Ebay are probably pirated crap, but these seem to be the real deal.
