Samsung has filed a trademark application in Europe for "Samsung Hello. " The application description claims that it is an “application software that gives personalized features and information based on user’s preferences in the fields of weather, music, entertainment, games, travel, science, health, contact, and social news via voice command and voice recognition.”
In other words... Samsung Hello will likely be the company's attempt to replicate Google Now.
