Samsung Hotspot Device Question

Sorry if this has already been asked, but I just got a Verizon Samsung hotspot device and everything has been working good. Then i tried checking my gmail and it wouldn't load the page i also tried going to other google websites and none of them load up. I switched over to my school wifi and everything works fine.

I am using Google Chrome. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening? Is there a setting i can change so it can work? Thanks in advanced and again im sorry if this was asked already i searched and nothing came up.

I have one also. I admit that it sometimes gets 'stuck'. I turn it off and back on it seems to work fine.If you are referring to having the VZ access manager program for your laptop/PC then d turn it off and just let windows connect. Although you should turn it on once in a while to see there are updates.
