Hi guys!
I hope someone can help. I have joined to try to find some help to an issue I have with a Samsung I5500. My daughter forgot her pattern lock design, so I said no problem we'll just put in your gmail details, but it wont take them so she's locked out. I have checked the gmail details on her PC so I have the correct details - but still no use.
Has anyone got a combination of actions to either do a hard reset, or to bypass the lock.
I'd love some help!
