Hi first time user. We have a Samsung I5503T phone. Everytime my daughter places credit on it the money disappears with web access usage and she doesn't get to use her month's worth of texting! We understand she has to disable Wifi settings and enable airplane mode so this doesn't happen but her credit still got used up in web access. Please help we have gone through alot of money with this problem. :confused::confused::confused:

Android is an Internet-centric operating system so this sort of thing is not uncommon. Go into her email and disable auto sync. This will stop email from manually syncing. Next you might want to try going into the Android market (via WiFi) and look for a compatible APN widget like...
