OK so I viewed something on my personal phone that was NSFW.

The next day I connected to works WiFi during my break but didn't click on the Internet browser but clearly this was still open as an 'inactive tab'.

I did click on a news article via Twitter and this opened a brand new tab. Will this be flagged up with my work IT Dept?

I have left the site in question open at home on WiFi (I only realised it was still open when I got home) and there is no data showing for this site only the ones I click on and open. If there's no data then presumably this traffic hasn't gone through works WiFi and won't have been flagged?

I feel sick, been worried for days!!

Really, you need to move on with it. I've had open tabs in browsers for years at my employer, and not once has there been any issues. Your being paranoid imo...but that's just me.

Thanks - I do have a tendency to over react and over analyse everything. I think you're right but in future I will keep off works WiFi!!
