Can you provide more info? What carrier are you using, what phone, what are you being requested to sign into?
Samsung doesn't have a cellular network, they make phones. AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, Verizon, Cricket, etc. are cell networks.

it doesn't tell me it just shows me the samsung sign and tells me that in order to return to my session apparently to use the app store I need to sign in periodically but when my dad puts in his pass (i use his acc) it says his pass is invalid everytime
