Samsung J3, camera glitch

, I have a samsung J3, seems everytime I take a pic, it also takes a pic of the phones desktop? how can I change this setting?

What an odd occurrence, please post a couple of test photos as a demonstration of what you're describing.
The Camera app is creating photos by what it detects through either the main (back) or selfie (front) camera modules, it has nothing at all to do with screenshots of your phone's screens. Those are instead taken by the firmware in the Android operating system (it's tapped off the phone's video signal) So two different images made in two different ways.

are you using the built in samsung camera? or a 3rd party camera app?
