i have the above mentioned phone, is there a way to turn up the volume when talking on the phone? i have volume on phone turned up. also looking for cases for this phone, and the J3 does not fit

The only thing you can do is use the volume buttons while you are in a call. If that won't turn it up loud enough, there is almost certainly nothing else you can do.
("Almost" because it's conceivable that someone has written a modification that would increase current to the earpiece, but if they have, and that's a very big "if", you'd need to be rooted to apply it).

I just use speaker phone when I'm having trouble hearing.

Having the same issue with the volume, and my hearing isn't great. So, Has anyone found anything new since September 18th on this issue of the volume not being loud enough? And I have only had this Galaxy J36V for just one month. And I've had major issues with my keyboard getting stuck when I text. Even when just beginning a text It gets stuck. And the keyboard will put words in that I'm not typing. The only thing I see different in my keyboard when I text is the little smiley face at the bottom left corner on key board text beside the Sym turned from white to black--- and I cannot get it to change back. So, My 2 questions are: Any new information on the volume, and, Can anyone give me some advice on how to fix the keyboard from sticking, and get the smiley face to go back to its original color?
