samsung kies alternative

Hi, Can anyone point me in the right direction for an alternative to the not so good Samsung Kies app. I can't get Kies to work on my PC so would appreciate any other options.

What are you looking to do? Do some searches around here for an app called Odin. That might be what you are looking for.
