Help Samsung Kies Backup File

Hi guys,

Hope you can help, bit of a strange request I guess. :smokingsomb:

I'm a developer who is interested in the backup files created by Samsung Kies, could someone answer the following before I decide which phone to buy:

- Is the backup file format .sbu?
- Is it only the S3 that uses the format? Is there a cheap phone I can buy to generate these files?
