Samsung Kies....UGH

Anyone else have issues with Kies? I'm trying to connect and all I ever get is......This device is not supported by Kies 2.0 Any suggestions?

I uninstalled it on my PC, it worked for a second and then I updated it and it wouldn't even recognize my phone. It could very well be the worst software I've ever "tried" to use. You'd think a Samsung phone would be compatible with some Samsung software...apparently not.

I've uninstalled Kies and all drivers several times, but still won't connect. Hardware id missing?! I give up!
