I have downloaded KIES on to my laptop but it won't import the contacts. It says it has encountered an unexpected problem but won't say what it is or how I can rectify it! Any help would be appreciated

Have you made sure to download the correct version of KIES on your computer? Also have you installed the USB drivers for your device?
