Help Samsung Mega 6.3 Sim Reader Repair.

Any one know where i could send this to get the sim card reader replaced? i was hopeing it was like a s3 but nope. They make everything on the mega replace but the danm read which is the hardest thing to fix cause its solderd on. i looked on ebay for sim card repair services but found nothing.

Yeh, I think the SIM holder is hard soldered to the main-logic board in that phone, rather than a plug-in module. So you might have to replace the whole logic-board, probably not worth it, unless you can a find Mega 6.3 on Ebay that's been sold for parts, assuming its logic-board is still good. Depending on where you are, might be local repairers who can do that sort of repair, down to component level.

yeah its hard solder i seen services that fixs iphone but havent found none for the mega yet.

Call around to some local phone/pc repair shops,they might be able to hook ya up...........
