I'm developing an application that measures the vibration and the noise level in elevators. I need to know what type of data the microphone sends to the android OS! in fact, I managed to read and to plot raw data from the microphone, but what are those values exactly? what's the unit of these values? Is it measured in Pascal, dB, dB(a)', watt etc...
