hi there i have a samsung galaxy mini and its saying my internal storage is full
how do i get into it to deleted things from it
i cant even down load kik or whatsapp anymore
can u help plese

Hopefully i can try and offer some assistance to your issue!

First off i would suggest going into your Settings > Storage and see what is taking up most of the space.

If you wish to delete apps you can go into Settings > Apps and delete whichever ones you want.

You can always allocate more space by keeping things on the cloud that would otherwise be on your phone. Like Photos, use instant upload via Google+, or music, use Google Music Manager to keep your music on the cloud!

Just to add to what Digital Controller had suggested...you can install an app called move 2sd card, which will notify you when an installed app can be moved to the sd card.
