Keep in mind, this is for new activations only, not 2 yr. upgrades. As of right now, Sprint is not giving any bill credits, either. At least not the few operators I spoke with. They all offered to send me a return kit and that it would take 2-3 bill cycles for the eligibility to be reapplied to the account. Perhaps I didn't complain hard enough.

I just got money back on two Hero's purchased 10 days ago. Phones ended up costing $99.00 each. Handed them my reciept and it took about 3 minutes to get the deal done. My wife and I switched from Verizon. We have a a great experience with this transition and BestBuy in general.

fyi - in my case (upgrades and adding a line to my existing acct) they didn't give me the price match on the $99 deal. will try another store today (worked on the $50 rebate a couple of wks ago).
