Help Samsung Note 2 - Safe Mode Problem

Hi all,

My Samsung Note 2 is somehow locked in Safe Mode. I cannot get rid of it after trying all suggestions, such as power off - restart, take battery out for entire night, and etc... I even reset my phone to wipe out all downloaded programs. Also, it would not let me do a master reset, which involves

· Turn off the device.

· Press and hold the following three buttons at the same time:

· Volume Up key

· Home key

· Power key​

However, phone service, call and text, still works though.

Hi

Check that your volume down/up button is not sticking. That could cause the issues you describe.
