My used samsung galaxy note 2 gt-n7100 turns off when i press the lock button of the phone or when the screen time out finishes. When I try to open the phone by pressing the power key, It is already Off and have to press the key for many seconds. Moreover, The phone is slow and apps are crashing. Bluetooth does also not turn on. shuts off randomly. this is so bad from Samsung. I bought a samsung first time. This is very dissappointing from this device which is so expensive. Please helppppppppppppppp. no body is buying the phone because of this problem
