My samsung galaxy note 4 light keys are not turning on . I have turned off power saving mode .factory reseted my device .and again my keys sometimes turn on for a brief period of time and they do turn off .they only get illuminated when i restart my note 4 and after i lock the screen they go off and after i turn on the screen they just blink and go off. I think its a bug or a glitch in my device cuz they work and light up sometimes .Please help cause it s becoming annoying.

Hi,
Go into the phone settings and have a look under Display and Wallpaper->Touch key light duration. What is set there?
Also, I seem to recall that a factory reset does not clear the complete eMMC storage. If there is a strange system bug then perhaps flashing with odin would be an option.
