Help Samsung Note 5 N9208

I ordered a Samsung Note 5 Dual SIM from Expansys and upon receipt of the phone and turning it on, the Chinese Language was displayed. I have been calling Expansys and no one was picking up the phone. Do I have to do something to the phone for it to display English version?

Usually you should get a choice, but if had been turned on previously, someone could have selected Chinese. Was the Samsung carton sealed when you received it?
