Samsung Note 9 Messages

Hi Guys,
I'm trying to get my Samsung Note 9 Messages also on my Win 7 Pro laptop. I can't identify the Messages app that came with the Note 9. Can't tell if it's Android, Samsung, Google or what Current version is 11.0.00.291, device says. Can't find the same logo anywhere on line. Logo is a blue background with a rounded cornered white message icon with three blue dots.

Recommendations and suggestions most welcome!! Thanks.
 
I was not aware of Samsung Dex. Thanks. It seems to make the Note9 into a desktop, right? Not what I'm trying to do, which to sync my Note9's 'messages' to/on my Win7Pro laptop.

Anyone know what platform Note9's 'messages' is?

platform? messages are usually taken care of thru your carrier. i'm not sure if you can have it sync'd to your pc. you are like the second person to ask this. there is another thread similar asking basically the same thing.
