Hi! I know there are a lot of threads about this problem already but everyone else's situation seems to be different from mine. Mine makes no sense, really.
So, I currently have a Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini, and I only have it as a loaner phone as my Sony Xperia M4 Aqua is being repaired. I have a Sony 64GB Micro SD Card, and all of my songs played fine on my Sony phone. I didn't have a problem with a single one, whether I was using the Sony Music Player or Doubletwist.
Now, I am using the S4 Mini with the same SD card and a bunch of songs won't play. On the Samsung default player I get an error message saying "this file type is not supported" and on Doubletwist, the song will just sit at 0:00 and won't play.
So I decided to do a test. I downloaded some songs off of youtube through the same website for every file, and every file was from the same user. I moved them all over the same. And again, some will play, and some won't. They are the same file type, from the exact same source, yet some will play and some won't. And this is the same method I have used to put songs on my Xperia M4 Aqua and they all played perfectly fine.
