samsung pocket network error

samsung pocket network error whenever sim is inserted and try to make a call. it has signal bars but whenever you try making a call it does not allow you. error message appears not registered on network.
 
Bring the phone into the carrier's store. They're probably going to have to give you a new SIM. (Most of the major ones don't charge for SIMs.)
