why dont i have good service with my new phone when i live in town and just upgraded from the hydro i cant even make a call please any ideas help me
 
Find someone with a Boost phone and see if they get good service in the same spot. If they do you have a defective phone. If they don't either, call Boost - they may be having a problem in your area. (Even the best-maintained equipment DOES fail sometimes.)
