Help Samsung Recovery Program

Can anyone recommend a Samsung recovery program. The woman at the Sprint store somehow did not transfer the bulk of my photos from the Galaxy S to my new Galaxy 5. They are not on the SD card. So many of the programs I researched looked a little flaky or I could not download to my PC.

With recovery do you mean previously deleted images? If so, then you should try dr.fone it work really well.
