I have a Rugby smartphone I purchased last Nov. When in speaker mode there is a buzzing noise that is very annoying. I had this phone replaced with another Rugby but it has the same problem. Any one have any solution other than getting a different phone. I contacted Samsung support but they just wanted to reset the phone which I had already tried.
