Samsung S 3

Hi,
I can't figure out how to get my Dell laptop to recognize my Samsung S 3 cell phone so I can upload pictures from my phone to my laptop. Any suggestions?

Hi Allie56 :hello: When you plug your s3 in does it give you options for different usb modes? You should be able to pick one that will allow your pc to see your phone.

Hi Allie,
When you plug in your phone, on the phone, there will be an option that pops up to use as a media device. Select that, and make sure the phone is not set to camera mode when you plug it in.

Hi Allie56, OutOfPhase has pointed you in the right direction for help. Another thing to remember is you will have to load the drivers for your device onto the laptop once you connect.
