I recently installed 4.0.3 on my galaxy S2 via kies on my laptop & have lost the shortcut function for flight mode, network data connection, switch off phone etc when you press & hold top right button... the hybernate fuction is still active when you quick press but phone switches off now when you press & hold? I am no longer able to select grid or list view for my favorites... my favorites are now displayed as large icons? Can anyone advise if this is part of the update or if there has been a corruption, the update installed without incident??

Hello and welcome aboard. I would suggest that you do a "reset" on the device. This should have things running smoothly. Also, since I'm not sure of which carrier your on _ I cannot move your thread to its area of support. So I would recommend stopping inside your device's support forum for some tips and info on your device.
Best of luck.
