Help samsung S2 GT-I9100 problems

can any one help me with my problem???? i am using samsung s2 GT I9100. my phone is getting automatically restarted and when it restarts battery level is draining down to 1% even though i have 100% charge. recently i updated to 4.1.4. from where it all started is there anything to do to stop this problem?
 
Usually after the update from Ice Cream Sandwich to Jellybean, a factory reset fixes bugs like that.
