Hello:
My wife has a Samsung S3 phone which I recently updated to 4.3 O/S
Since then, the phone has had problems like:
1. It would not dial the phones in the contact list after the first call and needs a re-start to be able to make another call.
2.- I have problems with the blue tooth and her car which did not happen before the up grade.
There are some other minor glitches but I would like to know if there is an answer to solve these issues which makes the phone kind of not dependable.
Please, advice.
