Samsung S3 Bluetooth issue

Dear Concern,

I have been facing this issue from the day i purchased the Samsung S3.

why does the bluetooth turns off when the screen display turns off.

Automatically the bluetooth turns off.

I am not able to sync with my bluetooth headset or any device because it turns off as and when the screen goes off.

Kindly suggest what can be the issue.

Hopefully i can try and help you with your issue!

If you have an app that tries to save battery it might be automatically turning it off, one of the such is JuiceDefender, i know if you do not know how to set it up it will automatically try and do things for you, like turning off your bluetooth when the screen turns off and such.

If this isn't the case i would try a factory reset just to get everything back the way it should be. hopefully that will solve the problem.
