Help samsung s3 charging problems

hi ive got a s3 ive had it for just over a year i have replaced the battery and charger once. i dont overuse the phone and i charge it once a day.

the problem ive got is when it charges as in if the phone is switched off to charge even after 10 hours its still not fully charged or if it switched on and on flight mode it takes twice as long as usual to charge. Im just wondering if it a generic problem with all s3 phones

i wonder if its worth booking an samsung repair service or if its something i can fix myself any ideas or similar problems?

If the replacement is a generic charger it might cause your problem.

Have you tried a different USB charging cable?

Yes ive tried 3 different ones all gave same bother

Replacement was proper samsung charger

Slight chance that are some dirt and fluff in the phone's microUSB port? Or even a bend pin?
