I am in Dominican and I cannot use my phone. I installed the outgoing call blocker and now I am stuck. No calls that I can make . A permanently got conditional call forwarding active. Called over wifi from hotel fido . they gave a code that is not working. They told me when back I have to go to a store to find out what happened
