I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 and installed the latest software update (my phone now says the latest version is up to date) but I've been having major issues since doing so. The phone continuously freezes, I can't add any contacts to my phone among other annoying issues.
I've had a look through articles and forums and have read that Samsung have acknowledged an issue, but that this should now all be resolved...
Is anyone else still getting these issues? I've trawled through numerous sites online, including the Samsung one, and find very limited help at all. I wish I'd stayed with Apple, at least they have a good support system.
