The above should only be flashed to the Korean carrier branded phone model for SK Telecom which is a QHD LTE-A network. See #1.5 of 40 Galaxy S5 models - Dummies Guide. Flashing to any other model will brick your phone.
This is for the initial, test, Lollipop release last year, for Poland which has had 4 Lollipop updates since then. Flashing this to any other CSC code will invalidate your warranty and prevent you from receiving updates OTA or via Kies as per #1.11 of the previous link.
