Help Samsung S5 receiving video mms, very small size

Hope somebody could help.

I switched from iphone to samsung and very happy at the moment. One thing that bothers me is when i receive a video MMS from someone the video is super small and i cannot even see what the video plays.

Hi, it's possible that the phone the video was recorded on has a low resolution, which when played on a high resolution phone such as the S5 would show as a smaller picture, but I'm only guessing. Phil
 
I just started having the same problem. I received videos just fine but now theyre tiny. And before i got my s5 4 yrs ago, i had a little flip phone..best camera ever. I was able to send videos too but with my s5, theyre all blurry because it says my video of 15 SECONDS was too big and had to be trimmed..i trimmed a 15 sec video and its blurry.
 
I found out the people sending me videos had i phones..i have a samsung. But i never had this problem until something updated on my phone
