Help Samsung S6 software update 6.0.1

I let my phone do an update overnight last night and when I looked at it this morning all my icons and folders from the home screens have been replaced by what looks like a default home screen.

So all my apps that I had organised in appropriate folders and placed in alphabetical order need doing again.

Is there any way of getting my home screen back?

nope, but nothing should have changed with the upgrade.

what phone do you have, and what carrier are you on?

when Verizon upgraded my S5 from 4.4.4 to 5.1.1 it changed in appearance, but did not loose my folders.

then when it upgraded to 6.0.1 almost nothing changed in appearance.
