Help Samsung S7 Edge lost root after flashing lineage 17.1 ROM

Hi all,
i rooted my samsung s7 edge by following this tut - (84) Root Samsung Galaxy S7/S7 Edge on Nougat with Magisk 14 - YouTube
everything was fine.
then one day i flashed a new rom called LINEAGE 17.1 on my s7 edge.
rom got flashed but i lost twrp recovery and also the phone says it is not properly rooted.
since the stock download mode of the s7 edge dsnt come up i can flash twrp recovery again, which also means i can't flash any other rom either. i don't know what to do, please help me with a solution?

what did you wipe when you flashed lineage? what happens when you try to go twrp? and where does it say that your phone is not rooted?
