Help Samsung Spica weird sound during calls.

When i talk on the phone the person on the other line hears my voice like it's muted . The voice going into the Spica sounds like its just mumbles and sorta like a ransom call with the voice changer and all that . But i can hear the person speaking just fine .

Does anyone know why this happened ?
