HELLO !! I NEED HELP ASAP!! My samsung stratosphere will not CHARGE!!!! I most likley cant even get to a verizon store! HELP

Samsung straosphere wont charge

Have you tried a different charger or using the usb cable/charger to an ac outlet instead of the pc or visa versa? Look inside the male end of the usb cable and make certain none of the pins are bent over. Try pulling the battery out and put it back in making certain the contacts are clean. That's the most common fixes. If the phone simply refuses to charge it's likely a battery problem. Replacements are cheap but not readily available on Easter Sunday evening
