Help Samsung Sync...!!

Hi Guys..
Just a quick Q is anyone also having Sync problems trying to Connect to Samsung.!!
I have NOT been able to Sync since Dec 3rd..!!
Keeps telling me "Service unavailable, will be back shortly"..!!
Whatever that means..!
Using Tab2 10.1 on ICS 4.0.4.

In short it means Kies stinks big time. After numerous tries to get sync set up an working even doing a clean windows and office install with full admin rights, the best i could get it to do was backups. But sync with Outlook could not be achieved.
Must rate Kies as the worst piece of software I have come across
