samsung tab with sim not detected?

Dear Users,

I bought my galaxy tab two years ago.

I have recently got a problem with it.

I inserted my sim wrongly i guess, I had problem taking it out. After some time, I managed to bring out my sim. And tried to put it back, but this time my sim is not accepted or it is not detected.

Is a sim slot problem or its life time warranty?

Kind help is appreciated.
