So I had some time and thought that I would call and ask if they had a release date for the Touchwiz UI. The tech support fella that I asked had no clue to what I was referring. I said well I would have thought that seeing as he works for Samsung tech support he should at least be aware of the software and hardware he is working with. His response?? "Sir, I don't work for marketing I don't know everything about the product." It was at that point I blew a gasket and said to him, "You work for tech support, who else should know about the software and hardware that people call about?" It was at this point that I told him that this call has turned into an absurdity and I will be hanging up.
I knew the call was actually going to be an exercise in futility; but that bad??? Wow, and I thought the guys in India were bad.
