Help Samsung transform update

I spoke with my local Sprint tech today who says he has seen the beta on peoples phones and it seems good to go but has no idea when.

So far it seems no on here has gotten the update. A couple people though have said they've received it. The update is suppose to be given out OTA 03/21-03/24...So don't complain until then, and even then don't until you try manually updating.

Started manual download; says downloading; BUT after 1/2 hour still with scrolling bar and nothing else. Did battery pull, then clicked on update, but stuck on scrolling download without progressing. Phone in Wi-Fi zone in house. Any ideas, HELP!

trust me it took me a hour . i was at school and it took about 2 hours until it started to download. so dont worry

I received the update last week. I received a message that the update was available and went thru the automatic update. What is strange is that my second line is also a Samsung Transform and has yet to inform us that the update is available. I called Sprint to ask why the second phone hasn't received the update only to be told that they have nothing to do with the update. They told me to call Samsung, which by the way was no help either.

Does anyone here know how to get the second transform to take the Froyo update?

BTW: the update to Froyo 2.2 is awesome! My Transform runs faster and I'm loving all the new features!

Did the update include an OpenGL graphics driver to take advantage of the built-in graphics hardware? For example, does the normal Android Market version of Angry Birds play smoothly now?

The tip I got was to go download something from the market (like a free game) and that will prompt your other transform to get updates and you can download/install from there.

Lg optimus is way better ! Live wallpaper and more , ihave the samsung transform and its okay but not the best . No live wallpapers or anrybirds
