samsung update problems

this is my first time using this and I'm looking for help! I updated my samsung tablet (GT 4.0.4) and lost many features that I used. Polaris office gone, the keyboard (not a downloaded extra) gone, can't use some facebook features. Another example - can't use the smile icons at the top of the message box.

Welcome to the forum qblorna.

You definitely came to the right place, we should be able to get you sorted. I can help you with Polaris office. You should have Samsung's apps on your tablet so open this and search for Polaris office and install from there.

Honestly I'm not that experienced with tablets so I'm not too sure about the others but if you can post back which Samsung tab you have I can move this thread over to a forum dedicated to your device. I'm sure other users there will be able to help you out
